Built on in-house manufacturing, not outsourcing.

Seven decades of dairy and scientific equipment manufacturing from Ambala, Haryana.

Since 1954

Built on in-house manufacturing, not outsourcing.

Narang Scientific Industries was founded as a maker of scientific instruments before the dairy boom of the 1970s pulled us toward milk cans and cream separators. Seven decades on, the same principle holds: minimal outsourcing, maximum in-house control, every unit tested before it leaves the floor.

Today our 216-217 HSIIDC facility in Ambala produces up to 56,000 units a month — cans, separators and collection accessories — exported to dairy cooperatives, unions and research labs in more than 42 countries.

  1. 1954 Founded as a manufacturer of Physics, Chemistry & Biology laboratory instruments.
  2. 1975 Entered dairy manufacturing — first milk cans and collection equipment under Cowbell.
  3. 1990s Expanded into cream separators and milk testing instruments for cooperatives.
  4. Today 56,000 units/month capacity, exporting to 42+ countries under ISO-aligned quality control.
